Bartoletti, S. (2005). Hitler Youth. NY: Scholastic.
A collection of stories and memoirs of children that belong to the Hitler Youth organization, the Jewish children living during this era, and the children that rebelled against the Hitler Youth organization.
One says Hitler, and one thinks of the monstrosities he
caused for a period of 12 years.
Bartoletti devoted two years of research in search of information of the
youth in the Third Reich. Her research
not only explored the youth under Hitler control, but also the rebels and
Jews. She organizes the information by
chapters and with them introducing the young people that lived during that
period.
