It's a book

Smith, L. (2011). It’s a book. NY: Roaring Brook.

A conversation between Jackass and Monkey.  Jackass is curious to know what Monkey is doing.  Jackass keeps on asking questions and Monkey says the same respond, "it's a book".  It is not until the end that Jackass understands why a book is so interesting.
The lines of this book are very similar to Mo Williems books which set a mood of intimacy between two friends.  The plot is simply about a book.  Monkey is peacefully reading a book, when Jackass asks him what he is doing.  Monkey responds “It’s a books”.  From there the book’s mood is set to be Monkey being the peaceful and grounded character and Jackass as the impulsive and technology savvy character.
